You have to put on pants to sleep because the feeling of the sheets on your legs when you move is TOO MUCH STIMULATION.

In the absence of a job, taking a walk during the day makes sleeping at night easier. Do not skip the walk.

I'm putting this here mostly because my capacious memory is also capricious as to when it will vomit up the information I need. Besides, if information is external to me, I am more likely to pay attention to it. Input > output is an issue I will have to work on ( Read more... )
